Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our Bengaluru office full-time. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA team members to test new features, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and deliver flawless digital experiences. With 2-4 years of experience, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality of our web and mobile applications, ensuring they meet the high standards expected in health tech.
Responsibilities
- Understand business and product requirements to design effective test strategies.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases.
- Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Validate REST APIs and backend services using tools like Postman.
- Raise detailed, reproducible bug reports and collaborate with developers for resolutions.
- Participate in sprint planning and releases with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to test documentation and internal QA process improvements.
- Generate test reports, metrics, and coverage analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, test lifecycle, and defect management.
- Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
- Basic knowledge of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
