Imagine yourself in Pune, ensuring quality for Wipro’s high-impact client accounts. As a Quality Assurance Analyst – L2, you’ll conduct process audits to keep everything running smoothly, from policy adherence to performance metrics. This full-time, hybrid role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience who loves digging into data, spotting trends, and helping teams level up. You’ll focus on Life & Pension (L&P) Policy Acquisition & Servicing, making sure processes are top-notch.
You’ll audit agent performance, analyze error trends, and share insights with clients and leaders. From conducting root cause analysis to leading refresher trainings, you’ll be a key player in driving quality. What You’ll Be Doing 💪
- Conducting process quality audits as per the plan (1 audit/agent/week).
- Ramping up to 3 audits/week for agents in the bottom performance quartile.
- Preparing audit findings and sharing reports with clients and account leaders daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Analyzing weekly data to spot error trends and conducting root cause analysis for the top 2 errors.
- Leading calibration sessions to share client updates and deliver refresher trainings to bridge skill gaps.
- Logging 2 hours/week to stay updated with process changes.
- Ensuring zero misses in compliance as per audit reports.
- Collaborating with account teams to maintain quality standards.
- Tracking audit adherence and meeting case targets.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

- Any Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or process auditing.
- Ability to work hybrid in Pune with a reliable commute.
