Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve lower-complexity issues in marketing operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain quality policies, plans, and assurance processes for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with peers within Accenture to align on project goals and update supervisors on progress.
- Execute quality control checks and implement improvements to enhance marketing performance.
- Support the creation and design of digital marketing ads and promotions, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Contribute to scalable operating efficiencies through data-driven insights and technology.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation degree (e.g., B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experience in quality management or auditing, preferably in marketing operations.
- Proven ability to work as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts to support global client needs.
