Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for a QA Tester – Salesforce/nCino to join our Hyderabad office. You’ll be at the heart of our lending technology landscape, ensuring our Salesforce and nCino platforms (and maybe even Mambu) are flawless. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and wants to make a real impact. With a mix of incremental updates and large-scale transformation projects, no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities
- Test enhancements and modifications to nCino, including UI changes, automations, workflows, and report updates.
- Perform regression testing for nCino releases and manage UAT scripts with business users.
- Troubleshoot Mambu-related bugs, focusing on loan-specific issues, and test configuration changes like settlement accounts or base rates.
- Create and standardize test scripts for Mambu’s evolving product rollouts, including edge case testing.
- Define end-to-end test strategies for integrated systems like KYC tools and Automated Valuation Models.
- Maintain detailed QA documentation and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies to reduce reliance on subject matter experts.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of QA experience in financial services or lending platforms.
- Proven expertise in testing Salesforce and nCino platforms.
- Familiarity with Mambu is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in manual testing, UAT coordination, and regression testing.
- Ability to create and manage test plans, scripts, and traceability matrices independently.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino testing environments.
- Proficiency in manual testing and regression testing processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot bugs and validate system changes.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of lending workflows (retail or commercial).
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Basic understanding of integration testing and APIs.
- Comfort working in Agile delivery teams.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
