Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver to ensure robust application performance.
- Conduct end-to-end application testing, including regression and API testing using tools like Postman.
- Test CRM platforms and web content managed through CMS platforms, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Perform cross-browser testing using tools like BrowserStack to guarantee compatibility across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to define and refine testing requirements.
- Execute test cases, report defects, and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Write clear, fit-for-purpose documentation, including test cases, test plans, and user story acceptance criteria.
- Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging testing tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer or test analyst in software quality assurance.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end application testing, regression testing, and API testing using Postman.
- Hands-on experience testing CRM platforms and web content on CMS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment with tools like Jira and Confluence.
