Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring thorough coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA.
- Plan and prioritize testing tasks to align with project timelines.
- Create detailed test result reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving testing methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2-4 years of software testing experience, with 2+ years in General Insurance (India).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in developing and executing test scenarios and cases.
- Expertise in defect tracking with tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Strong documentation skills for test results and reports.
- Ability to plan and prioritize testing tasks.
