Picture yourself in Pune, editing videos that make B2B brands shine on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. As a Senior Video Editor, you’ll own video projects from start to finish, mixing motion graphics, live-action shots, and killer storytelling. You’ll work on-site (3:30 PM–12:30 AM GMT shift) with our creative crew, turning ideas into visual masterpieces. This permanent role (with a 6-month probation) is perfect for pros with 3–4 years of experience who love Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and camera work.

You’ll edit videos, create motion graphics, and even shoot footage when needed, all while keeping branding on point. From managing assets in Figma to experimenting with AI tools like Leonardo.ai, you’ll have the freedom to get creative and deliver within tight deadlines. What You’ll Be Doing

Editing high-quality videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites.
Crafting custom motion graphics and visual effects with Adobe After Effects.
Shooting footage with DSLRs or cinema cameras, nailing frames, lighting, and sound.
Teaming up with writers, designers, and marketers to tell engaging stories.
Keeping branding consistent across all video content.
Managing video assets, backups, and version control like a pro.
Owning projects from concept to delivery, hitting tight deadlines.
Optimizing videos for smooth playback and mobile-friendly formats.

What You Need to Jump In

Any Bachelor’s degree (CS, Media, or Design fields are a bonus).
3–4 years of professional video editing and production experience.
Ability to work on-site in Pune (3:30 PM–12:30 AM GMT shift).
Solid skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with camera handling (DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
